Customer satisfaction is essential for business success mainly because it affects customer retention, consumer loyalty, and positive word-of-mouth recommendations. On the other hand, dissatisfied customers are more likely to switch to competitors and might as well discourage others from doing business with the company.
Hence, the need to prioritize customer satisfaction and continuously monitor and improve their customer experience.
Once again, this venture served as a valuable opportunity for growth and development for our organization.
The requirement –
The client required 400 branded t-shirts for an event on New year’s eve.
The challenge –
- The delivery deadline was before 31st December
- The branded t-shirt stock was not available at that moment.
The roadblock –
- The delivery from the vendors was delayed.
- Each T-shirt had to be thoroughly reviewed and undergo a branding element.
The solution –
Post delivery of the T-shirts on 27th December 2022, two of our team members Chethan from Logistics team, and Abhishek from the Branding team took the lead and stayed back through the night conducting quality assessment and assisting in branding the T-shirts without any chance of error.
The result –
The prompt and flawless delivery of the product owing to our team members taking initiative and owning up to their responsibility.

- The collaboration and hard work of the logistics and branding departments showed us the gravity of working as a united front.
We learned how crucial individual responsibility could be because of the two employees who stayed up all night, thus demonstrating the importance of teamwork in achieving a common goal.
